Business and Information Technology – Management (BaIT‑M) is a Canadian training and consulting company helping individuals and organizations build stronger capabilities, manage technology effectively, improve cybersecurity, and achieve sustainable business results.

Founded in 2016 by Tosin Oladunjoye, BaIT‑M was created around a simple belief: technology delivers its greatest value when it is aligned with people, processes, security, and business objectives.

BaIT‑M is led by a technology and cybersecurity program leader with more than 12 years of experience delivering complex initiatives across cybersecurity, compliance, cloud technology, telecommunications, satellite communications, 5G, and enterprise platforms.
